Victory International’s Worldviews College Ministry exists to serve, encourage and equip students at the University of Heidelberg and surrounding colleges. Our vision is to see students from a variety of backgrounds, cultures and worldviews come to know and love God and others. We do this by:

• Asking and seeking answers together for tough questions. We believe these questions revolve around four major areas. These are questions of:
  • Origin: “How did I come into being?”
  • Morality: “How do I know what is right versus what is wrong?”
  • Meaning: “What is the purpose of life?”
  • Destiny: “What happens when a person dies?”
• Doing an in-depth study of God’s word and Jesus Christ “the word made flesh.”
• Loving Community: We believe God transforms our lives as we live in community with others who hold us accountable to God’s word and pray for us regularly.
• Serving Others: One of the ways we model the life of Jesus is through serving others. We encourage you to do that by serving in one of Victory International’s ministry opportunities or in ministries around the local community.
• Living Sent: We believe that God calls all of us to live as missionaries. We want to help you develop a plan to live on mission not just as a student but for the rest of your life.

Our Sunday services begin at 10:30am and there is a student housegroup that will be offered this fall on Tuesday nights. Starting this winter we will begin an outreach to the student community called “Fireside Chats” which will take place at a local cafe in Heidelberg. Stay tuned for more information about that.
